Refund Policy for Wiretical

Prices of Services and Products

  1.  The prices of each of the Service and Products shall be displayed on the Platform. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering the Service or Products shall be varied after the site inspection done by our service provider and the confirmed price shall be the final price and the same shall be charged at the time of delivery of the Services and/or products . All the Services and Products listed on the Platform will be sold at Indian Rupees . The prices of the Services and/or Products may be modified from time to time. The Company endeavours to make available the Products at the best prices as possible on the Platform. 
  2. The Users will be informed about any additional charges, fees, and costs (including, delivery charges, if any) that may be levied on the purchase of the Services and/or Products on the Platform at the checkout page during a transaction. The Company does not manipulate the price of any Products and/or Services offered on the Platform.

   

Site survey and delivery times

  1.  The Company shall deliver the Service and/or Products during such time period as communicated to You through the Platform, subject to availabilityof service provider in Your area engaged by the Company. The Company endeavours to deliver service within 14 working days of order confirmation, however, does not guarantee as to the exact delivery time which may vary on a case to case basis due to certain factors including service provider availability, customer demand, official objections , documents availability and weather or a force majeure event.

In the event You opt to make payment for the Products by ‘Cash on Delivery (CoD)’ mode, the service provider shall have the right to refuse delivery of the ordered Services and/or Products to You if You fail to make the complete payment for the delivery and the Company shall not be liable for any losses or damage that may arise on account of such non – delivery to You.

   

Refunds, Cancellations

  1. Refunds: The policy for refund of amount with respect to cancellation of Service and/or Products or for any other purpose, shall be communicated to the User, from time to time, through the push notifications on the Platform, or any other mode of communication as specified in this Terms or as determined by the Company. The Company shall remit payments towards accepted refund requests of Users in compliance with applicable laws . If the service is rejected due to non-compliance of the eligibility criteria/ any modification requested with  respect to the Load, Tariff & Name will not be considered and subjected to rejection of application then all other shall be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  2. Cancellations: You may cancel an order without charge at 12hrs before the site visit . The cancellation policy including with respect to cancellation fee with respect to an order accepted by the Company, shall be communicated to the User, from time to time, through the push notifications on the Platform, or any other mode of communication as specified in this Terms or as determined by the Company. The Company may cancel an order (in full or partially) for reasonable reasons including shortage or unavailability of Service and/or Products. In case the Company cancels any order, You will not be charged for such cancelations, and the Company will reimburse You for any payment already made using the same method You used to pay for your order.
